Here’s how it works

Step 1: Strategy call

We meet to discuss your case study goals. From there, I help you build a strategy and tailor your case studies and supplemental assets to your marketing plan.

Step 2: Customer introduction

Introduce me to your client. I handle the rest, including scheduling interviews, writing the copy, and coordinating approvals.

Step 3: Interviews and research

Every case study is based on a customer interview. I capture real VoC (voice of customer) quotes, metrics, and nitty-gritty details that make case studies such a powerful sales asset. Plus, you’ll get a call recording, transcript, and summary of the most valuable insights gleaned during our conversation.

Step 4: Writing

I write your case study and supplementary assets, using your brand voice and your customer’s best quotes. Turnaround times are usually less than 8 business days after the customer interview.

Step 5: Review and approvals

You receive the case study for review. Once you’re happy with it, I’ll take care of sending it to your client and coordinating approvals.

Pricing

Case studies start at $1,200 (USD). For each case study, that includes: 

  • One case study in your company’s voice and style

  • Up to 2 rounds of edits

  • At least 4 approved customer quotes that you can reuse across social media, sales decks, and your website (and usually more)

  • One 30-minute interview with your customer (including interview scheduling, follow-ups, call summary, transcript, and audio recording) 

  • All project management, including coordinating interviews, edits, collecting logos and headshots, and managing approvals 

  • Regular project updates for all ongoing projects

  • One (optional) monthly strategy call

Packages

Customer success stories are powerful assets that you can leverage across your sales and marketing funnel. To get the most out of your case study and customer interview, I offer flexible full-funnel packages tailored to your marketing strategy.

Packages start at $2,200 and are designed for your needs. They include things like:

  • Multilingual interviews (English, Spanish, and French) and asset translations

  • A sales one-pager that you can slot neatly into a pitch deck 

  • A PowerPoint-style slide deck of your customer success story—great for turning into LinkedIn carousels or using during a sales call 

  • Additional approved customer quotes from your interview to use across your social media channels, website, and emails
